Nyawira Kinyua is an advocate of over ten years’ experience with a rich and vast experience in the Law having previously worked in both private practice and public service. She is a partner at Mutune, Kinyua Advocates, A Premier Law Firm in Nairobi with Leading Expertise in Technology & Intellectual Property, Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate,Energy, Extractives & Private Public Partnerships.
She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (Hons) from the University of NairobiKenya (UoN), a post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law (KSL), Certification in Corporate Governance from the Centre of Corporate Governance (CCG) and Certification as a Professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute of East Africa (MTI). She is currently an LLM Candidate undertaking a Master of Law Degree in International Trade and Investment at the University of Nairobi.
She is a Notary Public, Commissioner for oaths and a patent agent. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the East African Law Society (EALS), the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
